Portfolio Planner

 

Description:

TRIA is recruiting a Portfolio Planner to join a newly formed Transformation Management Office (TMO) in Leeds. This role will focus on shaping and optimizing enterprise-level planning, reporting, and forecasting activities to drive business performance and value.

The role requires collaboration across departments and stakeholders to manage planning tools, improve processes, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise-wide portfolio plans and reporting frameworks.

  • Support the transition to centralized planning tools and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, actionable plans.

  • Provide regular performance reporting and forecasting insights.

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of planning processes.


Candidate Profile:

  • Proven background in planning, resource management, or PMO functions.

  • Familiarity with portfolio/project management and planning tools.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills.

  • Comfortable working across multiple business units and senior stakeholders.

  • Data-driven and detail-oriented, thrives in dynamic environments.
