Pr Account Director

Description:

You will be joining a growing team who are winning heaps of business and your role will be to manage this and drive and drive the team with the support of the directors. You will need to be independent-minded, confident and be seeking a role where you will have near-complete autonomy to grow your team as you see fit.

You will work closely with the Head of Travel to:

• Grow the client portfolio alongside the New Business Team.
• Grow the number of employees underneath you alongside the Recruitment Team, attending interviews and selecting successful candidates.
• Ensuring the smooth running of the division, with satisfied clients and a well-managed content team.
• As the team and client base grows, you will quickly progress with a corresponding growing salary.
