True Consulting Ltd is hiring a Pre-Construction Manager for a rapidly expanding and award-winning M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Contractor. With ambitious growth plans, this business is targeting a turnover of £400 million by 2030 and is engaged in high-impact sectors including Data Centres, Life Sciences, Industrial, and Commercial developments across the UK and Europe.

This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on shaping projects from inception and maintaining strong client relationships. You will guide clients through the crucial pre-construction phases—from initial engagement to design coordination, BIM integration, and commercial alignment—ensuring seamless project transitions to operational delivery.

This position would suit an experienced Pre-Construction Manager or a skilled Contracts Manager, Business Development Manager, or Building Services Manager looking to step closer to front-end client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all pre-construction activities including planning, design coordination, and delivery preparation

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the business from early project discussions

• Oversee bids, tenders, and presentations with clients

• Review design documents and ensure compliance with project specifications and value engineering principles

• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to facilitate smooth project handover
