Presales Enterprise Architect

Description:

Adobe is seeking a Presales Enterprise Architect – Content Supply Chain to join its team in London, UK, supporting the UK&I region. This is a senior presales role offering the opportunity to influence Adobe’s most strategic and complex client engagements in digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will partner with Adobe’s DX Account Executives, Account Solution Consultants, and customers' executive leadership, including CIOs and CTOs, to design solution visions and technical roadmaps that align with their long-term business goals. You'll guide technical strategy throughout the sales cycle and oversee architectural design, transitioning to post-sales value realization phases.

As a trusted advisor, you will support the full Adobe DX solution portfolio and help clients define their enterprise architecture, ensuring integration of Adobe solutions into their broader digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define technical vision and impact roadmaps aligned with clients’ long-term digital strategies

• Develop and align business and technical cases in support of DX Account Executives

• Design customer architectures, including current state, future state, and transition states

• Act as the primary advisor to C-level executives, including CIO/CTO/CDO, throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle

• Oversee architecture execution and support implementation timeline planning

• Conduct regular architecture reviews and ensure long-term strategic value delivery

• Guide and support internal Solution Consultants in developing compelling technical narratives

• Add value through long-term roadmap design, industry insights, and solution portfolio alignment

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Deep understanding of Adobe DX technologies across areas like personalization, data management, analytics, and integration

• Strong technical leadership and project management abilities

• Ability to effectively communicate and influence at the CxO level

• Skilled in creating technical roadmaps, multi-phase implementation milestones, and aligning enterprise-scale technologies

• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to customer engagement and digital innovation

• TOGAF certification and familiarity with Design Thinking preferred

• English fluency in both written and verbal communication

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)

• Master’s or MBA preferred
