Description:

Bloom Search International, on behalf of a small yet highly regarded luxury womenswear brand, is hiring a Press Assistant to support the brand’s editorial, digital, and influencer outreach. This position plays a pivotal role in managing the brand’s public relations efforts, providing essential administrative and coordination support for press and media campaigns.

The Press Assistant will handle sample management, influencer and press gifting, press monitoring, and communication tasks, ensuring seamless support for events, lookbook shoots, and media collaborations. The role provides hands-on exposure to high-end fashion communications and is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in fashion PR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sample trafficking, including press loans, returns, and inventory maintenance

• Support press and influencer gifting initiatives

• Track, monitor, and archive editorial and online media coverage

• Maintain and update media contact lists and internal press databases

• Assist in writing and distributing press releases and conducting media outreach

• Participate in event planning, including compiling guest lists and assisting with logistics

• Help prepare for lookbook and campaign shoots

• Liaise professionally with stylists, editors, influencers, and courier services

• Maintain the showroom and organize all press samples

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior internship or assistant-level experience in fashion PR or communications

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Passion and deep knowledge of luxury fashion and emerging designers
