Pricing Program Manager

Lime, the world’s largest shared electric vehicle company, is seeking a strategic and analytically-driven Pricing Program Manager (Labor Analytics) to join its Street Operations team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the labor pricing strategy across global operations, supporting decision-making with data-driven tools and collaborating closely with both business and technology teams to optimize performance, efficiency, and profitability.

This is a fully remote position open to applicants across Europe, ideally located within a 2-hour travel radius of any Lime warehouse. Occasional travel (approximately 10%) is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Pricing Strategies: Create and implement pricing strategies for Street Operations labor tasks to enhance simplicity, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Use advanced data analytics to identify opportunities for optimizing labor spend and task performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local operations and technology teams (Product & Data Science) to ensure effective execution of pricing strategies.

• Stakeholder Influence: Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and build documentation that drives decision-making.

• Tool and Dashboard Development: Build user-centric data tools and dashboards to support local operations teams with visibility into pricing metrics and impact.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Expertise in business analytics, pricing strategy, and operational improvements

• Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau

• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and financial accountability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for influencing stakeholders across disciplines

• Proactive, strategic thinker with enthusiasm for solving complex problems in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in labor/service pricing models across multiple regions

• Background in start-ups or rapidly scaling organizations
