Boomi, a fast-growing global technology company, is seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Field Architect to join its elite global team at the forefront of enterprise AI transformation. This strategic role involves serving as the technical lead for Boomi’s most critical enterprise engagements, driving architecture, design, and delivery of advanced AI-powered integration solutions that deliver measurable business value.

The selected individual will work directly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO, etc.) to shape AI adoption strategies, influence enterprise architecture, and ensure successful large-scale implementation of Boomi’s AI product portfolio. This position requires a strategic thinker and strong communicator who can bridge advanced technical AI capabilities with real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, engaging deeply to design and deliver AI and integration solutions.

• Lead executive visioning sessions, innovation workshops, and roadmap planning for long-term AI adoption.

• Develop reference architectures, solution prototypes, and proof-of-value implementations for enterprise clients.

• Translate advanced AI capabilities (including LLMs, autonomous agents, and orchestration frameworks) into practical business impact.

• Deliver executive-level presentations linking technical solutions to strategic transformation objectives.

• Provide technical leadership throughout enterprise customer engagements, ensuring alignment with architecture principles, governance, and scalability.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay field insights and help shape product roadmaps.

• Mentor field teams and evolve Boomi’s best practices in AI solution delivery.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, system integration, or solution engineering.

• Proven track record in delivering agentic AI solutions (orchestration, autonomous agents, LLM-driven workflows).

• Strong expertise in AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or custom orchestration).

• Deep understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) and prompt engineering.

• Hands-on experience with integration technologies (APIs, ESBs, iPaaS).

• Familiarity with AI/ML implementation strategies, governance, observability, and deployment patterns.

• Cloud-native expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

• Experience leading AI engagements in Fortune 1000 enterprises and regulated industries.

• Willingness to travel globally (~30–40%).

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Experience with agent-based enterprise platforms or developing autonomous AI use cases.

• Background in complex industries such as finance, healthcare, logistics, or public sector.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning.

• Track record in enterprise pre-sales and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both technical and business audiences.
