This role provides an exciting opportunity to work alongside senior industry leaders, drive strategic business initiatives, and lead consulting engagements that shape the digital transformation of global Life Sciences organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Strategy:
  Identify, generate, and win new project opportunities by understanding client challenges, defining tailored solutions, and presenting compelling business proposals.

• Client Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across top Life Sciences companies, acting as the primary strategic advisor.

• Leadership & Delivery:
  Lead multiple consulting engagement teams, ensuring excellence in project delivery from planning and scope definition to execution and quality assurance.

• Thought Leadership:
  Contribute to developing market-leading campaigns, industry insights, and consulting offerings that differentiate Veeva’s Business Consulting practice in the market.

• Collaboration & Innovation:
  Work closely with internal teams across technology and consulting to align strategic business goals with digital transformation solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of management or strategy consulting experience

• Proven expertise within the Health and Life Sciences sector, especially in Commercial and Medical domains

• Strong professional network within leadership roles at top global Life Sciences companies

• Demonstrated success in business development and customer relationship management

• Experience leading digital transformation and commercial optimization programs

• Deep understanding of the Commercial value chain, with mastery in at least two areas:

  • Brand strategy

  • Product launch

  • Go-to-market strategy

  • Commercial model design

  • Key account planning and management

  • Segmentation and targeting

  • Multi-channel strategy and optimization

  • Insights and analytics

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in additional European languages (German, French, or Spanish preferred)

• Experience with SaaS platforms and digital analytics tools

• Strong understanding of Veeva’s broader solutions and their application in commercial consulting
