As a Principal Consultant, you will be part of the Cyber Security team, focusing on supporting the development of the Go-To-Market (GTM) division. This role offers real growth and success, with the opportunity to work with high-quality clients and candidates within a highly dynamic industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work alongside a team of 8, reporting to the MD who built the tech market from scratch.

• Identify opportunities across the US within GTM, and contribute to developing a 360 business by pitching to new clients, negotiating terms, and delivering top-tier candidates.

• Use your existing network and continue to build relationships with candidates and clients in the Cyber Security space.

• Partner with the client solutions teams and marketing to create attractive pitch documents and tailored solutions for clients.

• Attend international events and client meetings, with budget for travel to the US or EU once a quarter when needed.

Requirements:

• Ideally 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience within SaaS/GTM, with a preference for Cyber experience (though not essential).

• A proven track record of Business Development (self-generated and repeat business with clients).

• Commitment to the US market, with flexibility to be available outside typical UK hours.

• Resilience in overcoming challenges and playing an integral role in team and market development.
