• Benefits mapping and realisation management
• Organisation adaptation and agility
• Leadership, People and Organisational development
• Mindset development and behaviour change
• Adaptive culture change
• Agile adoption
• Innovation

Support the Business Change Chapter’s business and commercial development by:

• Identifying opportunities and winning new commissions
• Support the development of service offerings
• Promoting our services across the UK and internationally
• Supporting Mott MacDonald Client Account Managers to understand our services and introduce them to their clients
• Building strong internal and external networks to generate opportunities
• Management of the commercial aspects of Mott MacDonald projects including financial performance and contractual terms
