It's the ideal role for someone who wants to shape and grow the electrical side of the business with full backing and a clear path to Associate.

They’re looking for someone reliable, personable, and confident who can lead projects from concept to completion. Someone who gets the technical details but also understands the importance of building trust and maintaining communication with clients.

What they’re looking for:

• 6+ years in a building services consultancy
• Currently operating as an Electrical Design Engineer
• Comfortable running projects across RIBA Stages 2–4
• Confident communicator with architects and clients
• Previous experience mentoring junior engineers
