Key Responsibilities:

✅ Business development and client management across the AI & Data market, with a focus on Germany/DACH.
✅ Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team (if management is your desired route).
✅ Negotiate and establish commercial terms and SLAs with clients.
✅ Enhance Cubiq AI’s brand presence within the AI/Data recruitment space.
✅ Develop innovative candidate sourcing strategies – including headhunting, social networking, and data mining.
✅ Manage offers, negotiations, and provide post-placement support to ensure client and candidate satisfaction.
✅ Take ownership of the strategic growth of your desk and the wider AI department.
✅ Build a deep, high-quality candidate network within the AI/Data field.
✅ Arrange and lead new client meetings to generate new business opportunities.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous recruitment experience in AI, Data, or technical recruitment (e.g., Software, Data Science, Engineering).
✔️ Strong business development skills, with the confidence to build new relationships.
✔️ Passion for AI & Data (if you’re not already an expert, we’ll give you world-class training to get you there).
✔️ Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
