Description:
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Strong unique print handwriting - very good hand drawing/painting/illustrating/graphic design skills required
- Design fashion forward prints for Men's, Womens & Licensed product print & graphics collections
- Attend print appointments with Print Design Manager to select initial prints for new collections
- Generate focused trend and inspirational research and incorporate new trends in your print designs
- Select relevant and trend led print techniques for graphics
- Work with Design Assistant to manage print from concept to production
- Reviewing strike offs.
Person Specifications:
- Strong fabric knowledge and how it effects prints and print techniques
- Retail, brand or supplier experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong & diverse hand drawing/illustrating skills
- Advanced Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator essential
- Willingness to work on admin and design tasks
- Ability to be self-sufficient and enjoy being hands on
- To be a strong team player and good organisational skills
