Private Client Solicitor

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor wishing to progress of Head of Team. The successful candidate will manage a varied case load of private client matters including: -

· Wills and Estate Planning

· Probate and Estate Administration

· Trusts and Tax Planning

· Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work

· Advising high net worth individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

· Managing your own case load and small team of support staff

· Providing clear, practical and tailored advice to client

· Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

· Assisting with business development networking activities

· Keeping up to date with changes in relevant legislation and case law

About you:

· Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (2+ years PQE preferred)

· Solid experience in Private Client Law

· Strong technical knowledge, particularly in estate administration and tax planning

· STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Client focused with a commercial and proactive approach.
