CH. Hausmann & Co. is seeking a talented and personable Private Client Solicitor with 1–4 years PQE to join their boutique legal practice based in Central London. As a key member of the team, you’ll be entrusted with managing a varied and rewarding caseload covering the full spectrum of private client matters. You’ll work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing bespoke legal guidance on wills, trusts, estate planning, probate, tax matters, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse portfolio of private client matters

• Draft and advise on wills and estate planning strategies

• Manage probate and estate administration processes from start to finish

• Advise on the creation and management of trusts and tax planning arrangements

• Assist with powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters where required

• Liaise regularly with clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication

• Collaborate with colleagues in a friendly and highly professional team environment

Candidate Profile:

• 1–4 years PQE in private client law

• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Proactive, with a team-oriented mindset and commercial awareness

• STEP qualification is highly desirable or currently being pursued
