Infinitek Limited is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a supportive and growing legal team in South Manchester. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with strong technical expertise in Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration to take on meaningful work with a client-first approach, while also contributing to the development of junior colleagues.

As a Wills & Probate Solicitor, you will independently manage your own caseload, providing sensitive, clear, and tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, including vulnerable clients. You will ensure documents are drafted accurately, deadlines are consistently met, and compliance standards are upheld. The role also involves mentoring and guiding junior colleagues, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration matters.

• Provide high-quality, sensitive legal advice with a focus on client care.

• Draft legal documents, maintain compliance, and meet required deadlines.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout legal processes.

• Mentor, guide, and support junior colleagues in their professional development.

• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the practice by delivering exceptional client service.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).

• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with vulnerable clients in a sensitive manner.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also managing independent responsibilities.
