As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring that they are warmly welcomed and supported throughout their experience. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the Private Physiotherapy Department and clinic, handling administrative and reception duties while upholding the organisation’s commitment to high-quality care and patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a professional, friendly manner.
Manage patient appointments, class bookings, and clinician schedules.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Complete administrative tasks using Microsoft 365 and specialist clinic software.
Prepare and send reports to third-party referrers and consultants within deadlines.
Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative needs.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient reception area.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Previous experience in administration or reception roles (healthcare sector experience advantageous).
Competency in Microsoft 365 and ability to adapt to new clinic systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
Flexible approach with willingness to work across different clinics as required.
Legal entitlement to work in the UK (DBS check required).
