As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring that they are warmly welcomed and supported throughout their experience. You will play a key role in the smooth operation of the Private Physiotherapy Department and clinic, handling administrative and reception duties while upholding the organisation’s commitment to high-quality care and patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients in a professional, friendly manner.

  • Manage patient appointments, class bookings, and clinician schedules.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear and timely communication.

  • Complete administrative tasks using Microsoft 365 and specialist clinic software.

  • Prepare and send reports to third-party referrers and consultants within deadlines.

  • Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative needs.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient reception area.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.

  • Previous experience in administration or reception roles (healthcare sector experience advantageous).

  • Competency in Microsoft 365 and ability to adapt to new clinic systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment.

  • Flexible approach with willingness to work across different clinics as required.

  • Legal entitlement to work in the UK (DBS check required).
