Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive group lessons tailored to the needs of students in Key Stages 1-4.
- Use innovative online teaching tools to create dynamic and effective learning experiences.
- Regularly assess student performance, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain detailed progress records and ensure alignment with the UK National Curriculum.
- Cultivate a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged and empowered.
- Stay updated on best practices in education and contribute to continuous improvement within the organisation.
Qualifications & Skills
We’re seeking exceptional educators who embody the values of excellence, innovation, and dedication.
Essential:
- Strong expertise in Maths, English, or Science, with a solid understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Key Stages 1-4.
- Teaching or Tutoring Experience: At least one year of relevant experience in delivering lessons (online experience is a plus).
- Educational Qualifications: A degree in a relevant subject or teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS preferred but not mandatory).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication to effectively engage students and provide feedback.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to tailor lessons to meet varied learning needs and styles.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams).
