Process Analyst

Description:

Matillion, a pioneer in data productivity, is seeking a Process Analyst (AI) for a 6-month fixed-term contract to join their AI Squad within the IT and Security team. The role is at the intersection of business operations and artificial intelligence, with a focus on integrating AI into internal business workflows to enhance automation, improve decision-making, and reduce inefficiencies.

The Process Analyst will play a key role in identifying impactful AI use cases, mapping workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable automation solutions. This individual will serve as a critical link between business requirements and AI-driven capabilities, helping ensure that generative AI tools are effectively applied in real-world business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to map workflows and identify AI opportunities.

• Design intelligent automation solutions in coordination with AI Engineers.

• Translate business requirements into actionable AI features.

• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and business relevance.

• Monitor and define success metrics for AI performance post-implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid background in process analysis, mapping, and automation.

• Experience with AI tools or large language models (LLMs).

• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to optimize existing processes.

• Clear understanding of AI capabilities, opportunities, and potential risks.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Additional Details:

• Hybrid work model preferred (Manchester HQ 2 days/week), but fully remote considered for candidates based in the UK.

• Estimated monthly salary: £5173 to £7760
