Process Development Scientist

Description:

Eleven have been retained by a Battery Materials company based in Oxfordshire who are looking for a Process Development Scientist.

In this position, you will spearhead the transformation of R&D projects into scalable forms, bridging the gap between material development and process development and scale up.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Translate R&D feasibility and proof of concept work into scalable formats for implementation.
• Design experiments to facilitate the scaling of chemistry based on prior work and literature review.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, conducting risk and COSHH assessments before starting new experiments.
