Description:

The Procurement and Supplier Facilitator role is pivotal in supporting the Procurement and Supplier Development & Quality (SDQ) teams by ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including ISO13485 and related regulations.
You will manage supplier data, compliance documentation, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within procurement operations. Your contributions will also support key initiatives such as Procurement Working Group activities, QMS updates, and supplier quality projects.
Manage CLM queue, case, and task workflows, and produce management reports.
Allocate NONC cases to SDQ engineers, conduct data quality checks, and communicate with suppliers.
Create and maintain supplier compliance records (Supplier Approval and Amendment Forms, ISO certificates, QA Agreements) in Master Control; monitor and act on expired or missing documentation.
Monitor Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Part Inspection Warrant (PIW) documentation, support sign-offs, and ensure alignment with Purchase Orders in M3 ERP system.
Track concession (CONC) cases, corrective actions, and change orders, coordinating with SDQ engineers and Purchase Orders.
Oversee Supplier Escalation Form (SEF) compliance.
Manage Supplier Tooling Database (Indysoft).
Obtain and incorporate external data sources such as D&B Finance and Risk data.
Drive waste reduction, process improvements, reporting enhancements, and automation in procurement and supplier quality workflows.
Lead Procurement Working Group (PWG) initiatives, support QMS updates, and assist with procurement projects.
Support Design Transfer processes for new products including documentation and reporting.
Cover SDQ Analyst responsibilities as needed.
