Procurement Recruitment Consultant

Description:

Executive Network Group is looking for a Procurement Recruitment Consultant to join their Procurement People brand, focusing on their expansion into the US market. This is a 360-recruitment role that offers the chance to play a key part in a monumental commercial opportunity, as the company is growing its client base in Energy & Utilities or Manufacturing sectors.

This role will give you the opportunity to take charge of mid to senior-level assignments, working closely with the Associate Director to build a robust client portfolio, from sourcing candidates to closing deals. You will be involved in every stage of the recruitment lifecycle, helping shape the brand’s presence post-merger with WeMention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build a strong client portfolio focused on the US market, particularly in Energy & Utilities or Manufacturing sectors.
• Manage the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to deal closure.
• Strengthen the company's industry presence by attending and helping host client events.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Operate within a later shift pattern due to US time zone focus.

Qualifications:

• Ideally from a professional recruitment background with experience in permanent assignments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Procurement sector experience is preferred, but not essential. Drive and potential are highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• A self-motivated individual with a keen eye for talent and the drive to succeed.
