Procurement Specialist

Description:

HONOR, a leading global provider of smart devices, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its team in London, UK. This role will be instrumental in developing, coordinating, and managing key suppliers across Marketing, Retail, Service, and Logistics. The ideal candidate should have experience working with marketing agencies, as 60% of the responsibilities will be marketing-related procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and manage key suppliers across various categories.

• Work extensively with marketing agencies for procurement needs.

• Monitor and report supplier KPIs while driving performance improvements.

• Identify and mitigate risks, anticipating procurement challenges.

• Take ownership of issues, ensuring timely resolution in line with business needs.

• Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen supplier relationships and expand the supplier base.

• Communicate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment of projects and expectations.

• Drive best practices and continuous improvement in procurement strategies.

Requirements:

✅ Experience in supplier management, sourcing, and procurement.
✅ Experience in contract management and legal aspects of supplier agreements.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
✅ Valid work permit (HONOR does not provide visa sponsorship).
✅ Full-time, on-site role (5 days a week in the office).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.

• CIPS or equivalent certification.

• Experience in UK and EU sourcing and contract negotiation.

• Strong supplier negotiation and development skills.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
