Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute procurement activities across multiple indirect and technology categories.

  • Lead sourcing initiatives covering software licensing, hardware acquisition, IT services, and digital platforms.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across global regions to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

  • Support supplier management, contract negotiation, and commercial discussions to ensure maximum value creation.

  • Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities through data analysis and market intelligence.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends in technology procurement and financial services operations.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping shape the company’s global procurement model.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in indirect procurement or technology sourcing, preferably in a regulated or financial services environment.

  • Proven ability to negotiate supplier contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.

  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to extract value from data-driven insights.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse international teams.

  • Proactive, curious, and ambitious with the drive to thrive in a high-autonomy, results-oriented environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred.
