Description:

Markel International is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Business Analyst to join their dynamic team on a 6-month FTC. You will manage a variety of inbound and outbound interactions with warm leads—no cold calling—while providing outstanding service to customers across the UK. Responsibilities include converting quotes into active policies, managing renewals, re-engaging lapsed customers, and cross-selling additional insurance products. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, handling quotes, renewals, referrals, and lapsed customers

• Handle inbound calls from new and existing insurance customers

• Cross-sell complementary insurance products

• Quote, bind, renew, and take payment for policies

• Respond to customer queries via telephone, live chat, and email

• Follow up on outstanding renewals

• Process online quote referrals within underwriting authority

• Handle mid-term adjustments and issue renewal invitations

• Complete required administrative tasks related to policy management

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or telemarketing

• Comfort working toward sales or retention targets

• Strong negotiating, influencing, and objection-handling skills

• Confident communicator across phone, email, and live chat

• Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities

• Strong customer service orientation

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available Monday–Friday between 8:30am and 6:00pm
