Product Designer

Description:

A leading organization is looking for a Product Designer to enhance user experiences across its two distinct brands. The initial focus will be on optimizing websites, followed by supporting an app launch later this year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.

• Analyze market trends and competitor experiences to integrate best-in-class UI/UX practices.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align design solutions with business goals.

• Gather and refine business requirements to ensure seamless design integration.

• Develop intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces using Figma and other design tools.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web, app, and mobile platforms.

• Work closely with product teams and developers to implement designs.

• Participate in Agile development processes and meet project deadlines.

• Stay updated on design industry trends, accessibility principles, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design expertise, particularly in e-commerce projects.

• Experience designing for web, app, and mobile platforms with an understanding of their unique considerations.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools.

• Solid knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.

• Ability to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders.

• Previous experience in Agile development teams and working within an Agile squad.

• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.

• Understanding of design accessibility principles.
