The Role

• Own analytics across growth, product adoption, customer engagement, retention, and monetisation.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence product and commercial strategy.
• Design and measure experiments that drive business performance.
• Improve how key metrics are tracked, measured, and understood across the company.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Growth Analytics, Product Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Data Science.
• Hands-on expertise with SQL and modern analytics tools.
• Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through data.
• Commercially minded with experience influencing strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex insights.
