About The Role
As a Product Manager for Avado1010, the technology product development arm of Avado, you will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative learning solutions for coaches and apprentices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, gather requirements, and prioritize features to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs and market trends
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and quality delivery of product features
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth
- Work with the design team to ensure that the user interface and user experience are intuitive and engaging
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product messaging and positioning
- Develop and manage product roadmap, backlog, and release plans
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay connected with the Edtech community
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or related roles in Edtech or technology companies
- Strong understanding of product development life cycle and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
- Knowledge and passion for Generative AI
