Product Manager

 

Description:

Omnicom Media Group UK is seeking a proactive and collaborative Product Manager to join the Annalect UK team, focusing on product development across a diverse portfolio. This role centers around supporting product delivery from initial research and discovery through to launch, iteration, and adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, UX, and project management to ensure the creation and improvement of valuable, usable, and strategically aligned products.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing complex product lifecycles within a media or martech context and is enthusiastic about shaping strategic initiatives, product roadmaps, and delivering impactful digital tools across campaign planning, activation, measurement, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full lifecycle product ownership including discovery, backlog prioritization, delivery, and optimization.

  • Define product roadmaps aligned with Omni-first and global development goals.

  • Collaborate within Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning and iterative development.

  • Support strategic planning, business case development, and roadmap execution with Product Directors.

  • Lead Go-To-Market strategies including user onboarding, training, and engagement.

  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and maintain feedback loops.

  • Create detailed documentation including PRDs, epics, user stories, and UAT plans.

  • Define KPIs, measure success, and iterate based on analytics and user feedback.

  • Present progress to stakeholders, champion user-centric design, and foster team collaboration.

  • Mentor junior team members and improve product team processes and documentation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Product management experience ideally within marketing, data, or technology domains.

  • Familiarity with ID-led and ID-less data workflows, GDPR, ePrivacy, and cookie-less tracking.

  • Confident in JIRA, Figma, and other collaboration/productivity tools.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Comfortable leading cross-functional projects and presenting to executive leadership.

  • Proficient in user experience alignment, documentation, and QA.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

  • Experience with clean rooms, identity resolution, and consent frameworks.

  • Product ownership in measurement, attribution, or monetization areas.

  • Tools such as Confluence, Looker Studio, GA4.

  • Exposure to global product ecosystems and cross-market collaboration.
