As a Product Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to translate customer insights and business goals into actionable product strategies. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that Ideagen’s products remain industry-leading, customer-focused, and aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

This is a hybrid role based at Ideagen’s Head Office in Ruddington, Nottinghamshire, offering a supportive, inclusive environment and excellent opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and clearly communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal stakeholders.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product growth and differentiation.

• Gather and prioritize customer requirements to inform strategic and tactical product decisions.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality, and maintainable solutions.

• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and performance against business objectives.

• Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring that all decisions are customer-centric.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with market needs and technological capabilities.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS or technology environment.

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
