Your Key Responsibilities
- Defining and contributing to the product vision and roadmap, and championing Product and Design Thinking
- Managing Program and team backlogs, including leading the refinement process and setting priorities
- Setting value-based goals for the product through various Metrics and KPIs and owning value realization and measurement
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies across teams and value streams, and to help align teams against a common vision
- Managing talent, including mentoring and coaching, offering constructive feedback, succession planning
- Identifying opportunities for and overseeing the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance product capabilities and drive efficiency
