As a Product Specialist, you will act as a key liaison between clients, internal technical teams, and the sales department. You will play an instrumental role in managing customer projects, delivering workflow solutions, providing training, and ensuring clients gain maximum value from the company’s advanced machine learning platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and manage relationships between customers and internal technical teams.

• Oversee and manage live customer projects from initial planning through to final review.

• Deliver product training to both new and existing clients, ensuring effective use of software tools.

• Provide detailed workflow guidance and implementation support to enhance client outcomes.

• Identify and develop new project opportunities and assist in expanding the client portfolio.

• Offer basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues appropriately to the engineering team.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company’s machine learning technologies, including data import/export processes and workflow optimization.

• Provide project updates and progress reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s degree from a globally recognized university in STEM or Law disciplines.

• Minimum ABB at A-Level (or equivalent UCAS points) — must be clearly listed on the CV.

• Basic scripting ability in Python or Bash.

• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.

• A natural sales spark and enthusiasm for client engagement.

• Motivated, self-driven, and analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, both spoken and written, at a professional level.
