Description:

Psicon Ltd is seeking dedicated ADOS clinicians to join their independent clinician network. Clinicians will carry out high-quality ADOS assessments as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) for children and young people, communicating effectively with clients, families, and staff. Clinicians are responsible for producing detailed reports in a timely manner and contributing to the professional development and reflective practice of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality ADOS assessments for children and young people

  • Communicate effectively with neurodiverse children, families, and staff

  • Produce detailed, high-quality reports in a timely manner

  • Participate in Psicon Reflective Practice Meetings, ADOS Q&A sessions, reliability meetings, and other CPD events

Qualifications:

  • HCPC registration

  • Clinical background in one of: Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, or Occupational Therapist

  • ADOS-2 certification

  • High-level clinical skills, demonstrated through peer review and ADOS reports

  • Familiarity with all ADOS modules, including Bosa (preferred)

Additional Requirements:

  • Flexible working hours, up to 7 days a week

  • Must comply with Psicon’s safer recruitment policy, including full referencing (3-year period), enhanced DBS check, up-to-date mandatory training, right to work in the UK, and appropriate indemnity insurance for self-employed work
