This is an exciting development opportunity for an existing Next employee to be part of a brand new concept within Next.

Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred but all we ask is that you are a team player who is passionate about their work and fully committed to delivering products “right first time”.

To help give you the best start in our team, we'll give you an extensive induction featuring in-depth training sessions. We will provide ongoing coaching and support designed to give you all the information you need to succeed in your new role.
