Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the professional development and quality assurance processes across the college.
  • Support staff development to enhance teaching, learning, and student experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality standards and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality services.
  • Assist in shaping college policies related to professional development and quality assurance.
