Gravita is growing rapidly and seeks an exceptional senior leader to guide its Tax service line into its next phase of growth.

As Tax Service Line Lead, you will lead experienced Partners and Directors, shape the strategic direction and growth of Gravita’s tax offering, and serve on the Executive Leadership Team. You will manage the P&L, set growth targets, drive revenue through strategic client engagement, and represent Gravita externally at industry events. The role involves integrating acquisitions, embedding digital solutions, and driving transformation across the Tax function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and align a high-performing group of senior Partners and Directors to execute impactful tax strategy.

• Shape the future of Gravita’s tax offering, covering compliance, advisory, R&D, and international tax.

• Drive commercial growth, P&L management, and creation of new revenue streams.

• Represent Gravita externally through client advisory, industry events, and thought leadership.

• Lead transformation initiatives, including acquisition integration and digital adoption.

Qualifications / Experience:

• CTA-qualified (or equivalent); ACA desirable; STEP or ADIT a plus.

• 15–20 years’ experience in practice or industry, including 5+ years in senior leadership.

• Proven success leading multi-office or international tax teams.

• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated revenue and margin growth.

• Collaborative, emotionally intelligent leadership style.

• Board-level influencing skills and cross-functional gravitas.
