PE Global Healthcare is seeking a highly qualified Program Coordinator to join one of the world’s premier healthcare providers located in Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will hold 24-hour operational responsibility for the assigned department, overseeing patient care delivery, quality improvement, and administrative leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and administrative oversight of a hospital department, ensuring continuous improvement in patient care standards and operational efficiency.
Collaborate directly with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives and manage day-to-day activities.
Drive clinical excellence and regulatory compliance across all operational units.
Manage departmental budgets and ensure adherence to resource allocation guidelines.
Lead and support hospital-wide quality improvement programs and disaster preparedness planning.
Promote professional development among staff through mentorship, training, and career planning initiatives.
Serve as a key liaison for interdepartmental coordination and ensure consistent, high-quality patient care across all services.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related specialty.
Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Allied Health field is required.
A Doctorate Degree is highly preferred.
Advanced certifications and leadership training in relevant specialties are essential.
Experience Requirements:
At least 11 years of post-registration clinical experience.
Minimum 5 years of senior or upper management experience in a general hospital with 350+ bed capacity.
Deep expertise and clinical knowledge in the assigned specialty area.
