Program Director

Us3 Consulting is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Program Director to lead a major international digital transformation initiative. This is a pivotal, multi-year project requiring an executive-level leader with strategic acumen, global experience, and hands-on expertise in transforming complex organizational ecosystems.

As Program Director, you will drive cross-functional change, overseeing diverse workstreams and engaging stakeholders across countries and departments. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to navigate matrixed environments, and a deep understanding of digital delivery and enterprise transformation—ideally with Salesforce or CRM platform experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale, international digital transformation program.

• Lead strategic planning, resource allocation, execution, governance, and continuous improvement.

Change Management:

• Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies.

• Drive employee adoption and manage resistance across multinational teams.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with Country Heads and executive leaders.

• Act as a trusted advisor by aligning objectives, reporting program status, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Workstream Integration:

• Manage concurrent workstreams spanning IT, operations, customer experience, and commercial functions.

• Ensure cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and successful program delivery.

Governance & Reporting:

• Establish robust governance models and reporting frameworks for performance tracking and decision-making.

Digital Delivery:

• Lead the execution of digital change initiatives that align with business strategies.

• Prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Corporate Navigation:

• Operate effectively within complex, matrixed corporate structures, influencing decisions without formal authority.

Team Leadership:

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams with a clear focus on accountability, collaboration, and delivery outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience leading large-scale, international digital transformation programs.

• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent workstreams in complex change environments.

• Strong expertise in engaging C-level stakeholders across geographies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Deep understanding of change management methodologies and enterprise-wide change adoption.

• Prior experience working within large corporate, global organizations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM transformation projects is highly advantageous.

• Expertise in financial management, risk mitigation, and cross-border program governance.

Location & Work Model:

• Hybrid role: 2–3 days per week in-office (Manchester)

• International travel may be required occasionally.
