Program Lead

Description:

We are partnered with a CDMO looking for a results-driven leader to oversee the full lifecycle of a new Small Molecule manufacturing facility – from design and construction to full operational ramp-up. This role will begin as the End-to-End Program Leader, managing all aspects of the facility build-out. Once the facility is operational, the role will transition into Site Head, responsible for leading day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

• Lead the design, construction, commissioning, and validation of a new manufacturing facility.
• Own the project’s cost, schedule, and scope.
• Ensure successful startup and initial revenue generation.
• Directly manage the project team, including leads for Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and MSAT.
• Drive the project to meet safety, compliance, and business goals.

• Lead all production and support operations under cGMP conditions.
• Ensure safety, quality, compliance, and on-time product delivery.
• Manage overall site performance, including financial execution and continuous improvement.
• Directly lead the operations team and work in a matrix structure with support functions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor degree or Masters Degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
