ATOVA is a UK-registered charity delivering youth empowerment and education programs across Bali. Our flagship initiatives include:

• Empowerment Through Education (ETE) — practical English education serving 1,000+ students weekly
• ATOVA Ranger Training Corps (ARTTC) — leadership, resilience, and character development for Indonesian youth
• Fit for the Future (F4F) — health, fitness, diet, nutrition, and emergency first aid training for young men and women

🧭 Your Role

The Program Leader plays a central role in fieldbase operations, youth program delivery, and staff development.

You will:

✔ Support delivery across ATOVA’s education and youth development programs

✔ Mentor Program Coordinators, Interns, and volunteers

✔ Assist with scheduling, lesson planning, and tracking program outcomes

✔ Help deliver ATOVA’s leadership and training framework

✔ Build relationships with schools, communities, and village leaders

✔ Work alongside the CEO and senior team on operational priorities

✔ Join Duty Manager rotations overseeing fieldbase operations

✔ Model professionalism, respect, resilience, and ATOVA’s core values
