Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination: Support the delivery of core business programs and product roadmaps through structured planning and collaboration across departments.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate communication and alignment between multiple teams to maintain momentum and ensure shared understanding.
- Governance Support: Assist in preparing for leadership updates and steering meetings—ensuring key actions, decisions, and risks are well tracked and followed through.
- Risk & Dependency Management: Help identify and manage interdependencies and blockers, promoting timely and collaborative solutions.
- Reporting & Visibility: Maintain up-to-date program overviews, using reporting tools and dashboards to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage better delivery practices and help evolve internal processes and tools to support long-term success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting complex, multi-team initiatives—ideally spanning business, product, and technical functions.
- Strong organisational and facilitation skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Confident communicator who can bring clarity to ambiguity and keep projects moving in dynamic environments.
- Comfortable working with both Agile and traditional delivery models depending on business needs.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels with clear, concise updates and recommendations.
