Working within the Paid Media team, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Programmatic Account Manager (or Senior Executive looking for a step up) to work as part of the UK team on one of the agency’s largest and fastest growing clients. We’re looking for smart, numbers-driven and friendly individuals to join our growing team. This role requires day to day campaign management and optimization, innovation, best practice and team management skills.

Essential

  • Hands on programmatic campaign set-up and execution – from campaign build, bid strategy, budget optimization and reporting
  • Proven experience within a programmatic trading environment (preferably agency side) with a practical buying and optimisation skillset
  • Complete daily performance checks to ensure campaigns are running efficiently, to target and within budget
  • Deliver client reporting and in-depth analysis of campaign results with a view to developing actionable insights.
  • Understand what your clients KPIs are, how to monitor, reach and exceed these.
  • Work as part of the wider client and programmatic team to make evaluations and recommendations regarding media partners and ad tech partners across the stack to ensure NEO clients are taking advantage of the latest advancements in programmatic trading.
  • Manage & develop the Programmatic Account Exec, ensuring the are given clear guidance and feedback as they work towards achieving their career goals and ambitions.
  • Platform Experience: in-depth DSP experience (Trade Desk & DV 360 preferred but not essential) ad-serving and reporting platforms.
  • Fully confident in use of Excel, including pivot tables, reporting and analysis uses.
  • Cool under pressure with excellent time management skills
  • A positive attitude, a desire to row and ambition to achieve are KEY.
