Description:


The Client Operations team within the IPM group provides platform infrastructure to a team of over 300 colleagues across Europe, delivering real estate services to many of the world’s largest companies.

The role offers hybrid working between home and our Central Birmingham office. Some travel to other C&W offices may be required.

Core Responsibilities
 

  • Coordination of technology initiatives, including supporting management of risk, communications and budget
  • Maintain action trackers and undertake follow-up actions
  • Finance coordination and contract management, including Purchase Order raising
  • Support with technology issue resolutions
  • Assist with data collection, processing and reporting
     

Desired Experience
 

  • Experience in assisting project and/or programme management of multiple simultaneous projects, including managing stakeholders needs and actions
  • Experience in a professional services environment
  • Experience handling multiple large data sets between reporting tools
  • Experience with compliance and/or audit is desirable
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft applications, specifically Office 365 tools
