IC Resources is seeking an accomplished Programme Manager to lead a newly launched, high-impact programme at the cutting edge of mission-critical communications. This role involves taking full ownership of a major UK and European delivery, driving the rollout of secure technology that underpins public safety, defence, and emergency response networks. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical services, from planning and execution to deployment.

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Oversee programme governance, risk management, and dependency tracking.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners to maintain clear communication and alignment.

• Ensure all technical outputs meet stringent performance, reliability, and compliance standards.

• Maintain robust reporting and delivery oversight to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale engineering or telecom programmes.

• Proven success delivering projects requiring high uptime, security, and performance.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ideally within government or regulated sectors.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) and a valid UK passport.
