We are looking to recruit Project Digital Consultants to join our teams in the North of England to advise on digital systems implementation, development and assurance across our projects.

As a Project Digital Consultant, you will report to a Resource Manager and you will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

We welcome applications from consultants who are:
Educated to degree level or equivalent in buildings, civil engineering or architecture
Demonstrable professional experience in a digital design-based role, (e.g. BIM management and implementation on major multi-disciplinary international projects)
Good written and verbal communication skills including conveying technical issues to non-technical staff
Able to produce clear and concise technical information and reports
Able to establish good working relationships with clients and colleagues
The following skills are essential to the role:
Proficiency in IT skills and relevant AEC BIM applications, (e.g. Revit, Civil 3D, InfraWorks, Navisworks, Bentley Open Roads) and Microsoft Office 365.
Working knowledge of a variety of CDEs including ProjectWise, SharePoint and BIM360 and their integration with applications.
One or more object orientated development languages / applications suitable for use with Autodesk and or Bentley products
Able to apply ISO19650 and BS 1192 processes
BIM modelling, BIM Co-ordination, BIM Execution planning both pre and post contract
Delivering technical model and software application training
Experience of working on own initiative and taking responsibility efficient implementation of information modelling processes and procedures
Leading teams and people in the application of new processes, procedures and technology and successfully achieving buy-in by those individuals (e.g. leading people in a change environment)
The following skills will be an advantage:
Knowledge of database architecture
Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislations and procedures for compliance
Understanding of digital risk in a design for construction environment
Experience of workflow process development and dissemination
Understanding of ISO 55000
Recognised qualification in BIM or a related technology
