Project Financial Analyst

Description:

NBCUniversal is seeking a Project Financial Analyst to provide daily financial support for UK-based projects. The role includes preparing and distributing monthly project cost reports, working with project managers to update project cost expectations, and serving as the primary contact for project financial information.

Responsibilities include month-end close activities, preparing accrual reports, posting earned value journal entries in SAP, forecasting cash flows on a monthly, quarterly, and project life basis, conducting variance analysis, reconciling G/L lead sheets, reviewing and approving contract drafts, purchase requisitions, and vendor invoices, resolving vendor payment issues, maintaining PMWeb consistency with SAP, assisting in vendor bid and award processes, and improving reporting processes through automation.

The role requires close collaboration with project stakeholders and a strong ability to work under tight deadlines while delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.
