We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Client-Side JCT Contract Administration and Employers Agent services to join our team. As a Project Manager at Selway Joyce Ltd, you will play a crucial role in client side project management projects from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our collaborative and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the management of construction project design, estimation, and project planning; including all relevant statutory processes and procurement management
• Be the key, day-to-day client interface; ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the appropriate quality standards

Tasks include:

• Leading the project team in programme and cost control in line with the JCT contract
• Stakeholder management and reporting
• Defining success criteria and monitoring KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Project governance
• Quality assurance
• Change control and issuing instructions
• Monitoring & advising on project finance
• Bid management
