The Marketing Performance team at Wood Mackenzie are looking to recruit a Project manager that possesses superb organisational skills to help progress a range of projects for the next 12 months. They will be required to effectively support planning, execution and development of multiple Marketing performance projects to achieve our ambitious targets.

The successful candidate, who will report into the Director, Marketing Performance, will be required to collaborate with a range of stakeholders to help build our Marketing technology roadmap for the next 2 years and support the management of multiple projects for the wider Marketing performance team in 2024. This includes Data Analytics, reporting, and automation.

Main Responsibilities
 

  • Effectively support planning, execution, and development of Marketing performance projects.
  • Help to support and develop new ways of working for each function of the Marketing Performance team for Data and Marketing Technology.
  • Developing Marketing performance roadmap, in particular helping to support the 2024-25 Martech roadmap towards multi-touch attribution.
  • Support the team to implement a new training programme across Marketing.
  • Enhance Asana analytics for team efficiencies and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Effectively communicating project plan updates with a range of stakeholders at varying seniority levels.
  • Ensuring project risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables are managed effectively to resolution and where appropriate escalated for further action.
  • Developing and maintaining key project documentation.
  • Aligning with privacy and procurement to ensure alignment for RFP processes and GDPR compliance.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Audit existing project management processes and develop where appropriate.
     

About You
 

  • Proven experience working in a B2B Marketing Project manager role.
  • Project management qualifications e.g. Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum.
  • Experience working with tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Superb communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience in building roadmaps and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in using agile methodologies.
  • Experience in working on Data and/or Marketing Technology projects.
  • Has strong commercial acumen, enabling them to understand the commercial impact of projects.
  • Experience of working with data and analytics, with the ability to identify project optimisations via effective use of project management analytics.
