An innovative full-service creative agency is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their collaborative and dynamic team. Working with an impressive portfolio of FMCG and entertainment clients, the agency produces integrated work across retail POS, print, social content, and high-end CGI.

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and executing production processes across multiple FMCG accounts and projects. This includes partnerships, promotions, retail marketing, POS toolkits and rollout, social media content, digital production, and microsites. The role may also involve supporting entertainment accounts, particularly in video production and key art development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Manage and oversee all aspects of production for multiple FMCG accounts.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Client Services to understand briefs and ensure clear communication.
• Resource Planning: Allocate studio resources efficiently with the Head of Studio.
• Delivery Management: Traffic workflow through the studio and ensure timely execution of projects.
• Client Communication: Liaise directly with clients and third-party suppliers to share work, discuss feedback, and manage expectations.
• Quality Control: Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and meets quality standards.
• Adaptability: Support wider project management needs, particularly within entertainment and video production.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in a creative agency environment.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in retail, social, digital, partnerships, and rollout.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Self-starter, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience working with UK grocers or retailers is a plus.
