Description:

NovNat Tech, a pioneering materials and engineering company committed to addressing global water scarcity, is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join their innovative team. NovNat Tech develops cutting-edge Atmospheric Water Harvesting (AWH) systems powered by proprietary metal-organic framework (MOF) materials, ideal for water and humidity control as well as cost-free cooling solutions.

As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of key company projects. You will also assist in strategic business areas including bid writing and commercial strategy development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication abilities to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.

• Leading and motivating cross-functional project teams.

• Effectively managing communication with stakeholders and keeping them updated on project progress.

• Identifying and mitigating project risks.

• Monitoring and managing project budgets efficiently.

• Ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

• Tracking project performance using tools such as Microsoft Planner.

• Collaborating on bid writing for new projects.

• Supporting the CEO with commercial strategy development to drive growth.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus).

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the tech industry.

• Strong understanding of methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner).

• PMP certification is desirable.
